By using ViaVeg ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Free Service

ViaVeg is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or modify the service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate shipment and contact information.
• Use the platform only for lawful logistics purposes.
• Keep your login credentials and participant links secure.
• Not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter, including cargo descriptions, temperatures, and checklist responses. ViaVeg does not independently verify the information provided by users.

Intellectual Property

The ViaVeg platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by ViaVeg. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission. Data you upload remains yours.

No Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViaVeg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to cargo loss, delivery delays, or data inaccuracies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
