  • Shipment information — origin, destination, cargo type, quantity, and status.
  • Contact details — name, email address, and phone number provided when creating shipments or accepting invitations.
  • GPS location data — latitude, longitude, speed, and heading when a driver enables live tracking.
  • Photos and documents — images of cargo, temperature readings, CMR documents, and checklist evidence uploaded during shipments.
  • Device and usage data — browser type, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically via server logs.

Purpose of Processing

We process your data to:

  • Facilitate and verify fresh produce logistics between producers, drivers, and receivers.
  • Generate checklists, quality reports, and certificates of delivery.
  • Provide real-time GPS tracking of shipments in transit.
  • Support dispute resolution with timestamped evidence.
  • Improve the platform and fix technical issues.

Sharing with Participants

Shipment data (including GPS location, photos, and checklist results) is shared with all participants of that shipment — the producer, driver, receiver, and any distributor who created the shipment. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored on servers within the European Union. Shipment data is retained for up to 3 years after delivery to meet commercial record-keeping requirements. You may request earlier deletion where permitted by law.
